Here is a great user design in my opinion. Tip is pointy yet strong. Size is small but useful.
These are ground fron 3/32" 0-1 full flat grinds.
Blade is around 3 1/2" overall is 7 1/2".

These really feel good with the thinner handle material!!
Thanks for looking

I've always wanted to do some kitchen knives, but have been leary of using (my standard material) O-1, after seeing these, I think I am going to have to do it.

again great stuff
Nick:)

Nick - All my good kitchen knives are 0-1 . Just dry and oil them:thumbup:

Ha Ha! I snagged my wife........she isnt the cook around here:thumbup: I was always in the kitchen with the women during holidays while the men were watching football. In the kitchen or in the woods:D

Gotta love a good kitchen knife:thumbup: Ya know those won't be sitting around gathering dust in a display cabinet. Very nice.

With a "regular" drop point and a thong hole, those would make an ideal bird and trout knife!

I don't mean to be rude but are these wonderful knives for sale? If yes, how much and how do I get one? thanks ~baba~

These are sold already.
Email about wait time and price if you want:thumbup:

Those look nice. My wife has one that ended up with an almost identical profile but a blade that is slightly thinner. I can't buy her knives anymore because that is all she will use. Excellent design. She says she likes it because it is light weight, and she never has to grab another knife while she is cooking. It chops, cuts meat, slices, etc.
