Here's a small kitchen knife I just finished up for my wife. I'd call it a paring knife, but I don't know if there's any official definition for the term. The blade is CPM 154CM that I bought from Aldo and had heat treated by Paul Bos. The blade is about 4.25" long. It's quite thin and seems to cut well. The handle is stabilized Koa (stabilized by K&G). It has an internal titanium pin, which I covered with walnut dowels. Even with the stabilized wood, the knife is very light.

Nice, I finally started making paring knives, pretty much the same blade shape but not a wide. Really nice to use compared to the factory knives I have.
