Not a lot of pictures and thanks to the facebook page of the SICAC but when I visit a forum usually I meet friends, talk and forget
my duty
By the way the knives Giuseppe Galante made for this event were absolutely impressive and he is really one of the best knife makers in Italy and even Europe.
Â
PS : all the leather squares used by Giuseppe to expose his knives are made by his friend Davide Steri
I suppose Giuseppe Galante's are those pictured in your last post? They look fine and blend well with the leather.
I missed an opportunity to learn Italian !
As usual lots of great workmanship in the knives exhibited!
Thanks for sharing the photos. Very cool! I had wanted to go and almost made it. But, a change of plans had us leaving Paris on Friday to take a visitor on a tour of southern Germany, Austria, and Italy instead. I had to settle for bringing my new Le Thiers and a couple of SAKs as traveling EDC.
