Parker-Frost

I was looking around ebay and came across a knife called "parker-frost" They are made by Schrade in the USA, or were made there anyway awhile ago..they are really inexpensive and I was just wondering if you all knew if they were any good or not..here's link to one on ebay. parker frost formed a partnership in the 70s . lasted a few years then they split. the earliest knives made in this deal & maybe the earliest parker had made in a private label were prodoced by schrade. after the initial knives made by schrade they went to the japanese.
