Parkerizing M-4 ?

I'm curious to know if M-4 will take a manganese phosphate finish. Of course I will try it and see , but right now I'm in the design phase , daydreaming about what handle material to use and what the look is going to be. So I don't want to get it in my head that I need to order a bunch of ,say , black G-10 and then find out that I can't achieve the look I thought I could. I should have tried it on a blade before I sent it to Peter's. So , I'm just curious if anyone has parkerized M-4. I've done it with 1095, 52100, 0-1 , Blue#2, and 15n20. The 15n20 was a no go for me.
