Forged from 15n20, this parring/kitchen utility knife is 8 1/4" (210mm) overall with a 3 11/16" (96mm) cutting edge, and 3/32" (2mm) at the spine. It features a flat grind, and has a hand rubbed scotchbrite finish.

The handle is Rosewood burl, with translucent jade G10 liners and stainless steel pins.

The knife comes with a custom formed, black Kydex sheath for storage and transport.
