Pass the mustard, after you cut it

I thought this video was interesting, given the status I typed under my Bladeforums username. I used "pass the mustard" to express my belief in the value of a generous spirit. The phrase "cut the mustard" is an idiomatic expression that means to meet or exceed expectations or standards of performance, which is what I try to do with the knives I make. And I just learned Canada is one of the the largest producers of mustard worldwide (ranked second to Nepal according to current search results), with the USA being the largest consumer of Canadian mustard. Which made me think of how Canada is the largest producer of David Mary Custom knives ;) and my friends in the USA are the largest consumers thereof.
