I want to thank Stacey for these amazing blades. WHat a pleasure to have an SJTAC and SFNO to play with. Before I start really chopping I am putting an edge on each. The SAtin Jack is convex, obviously so I am using sandpaper but the SFNO has a V grind so I am getting some practice with my new edge pro. A few minutes and the SFNO is already shaving sharp. Did a little chopping on a 2x4 with no effect on edge. Soon as I have the knives sharpened enough I will reanimate this thread with some pics. Thanks to Chuddy for getting the blades out to me and muchas gracias PM for the pleasure of beating these amazing blades
