I`ve decided to do a passaround of a model I call the Ultralite Hunter. My thoughts are that this model will work at camp chores, but be equally at home in your kitchen.

Specs:
Overall length: 8 1/4"
Blade: 4" x 1/16" thick with a scandivex edge
Handle: Tan canvas micarta
Steel: O1
Weight: 3 7/8 oz


Rules:
1. You agree to post pictures that you take of the knife and your testing. If you cannot do this - do not sign up! I would like it if at least one of the testers post a review using it in the outdoors in the Outdoor Gear, Survival Equipment & More Forum.
2. You agree to PERSONALLY mail the knife to the next participant in a timely fashion - at least within two weeks, and keep the passaround post updated.
3. You agree to insure the package for $150 when you ship it to cover loss of the knife.
4. You agree that it is legal to own the knife in your area.
5. You give permission for me to pass on your address to the participant before you so they can mail you the knife

You are both in. Two things I want to add.

1)I`m going to restrict this to members in the USA only.
2) After all the reviews are done, I`m going to start a new post with a link to all the reviews, so people can vote for the best, most detailed review. The winner will get to keep the knife

If you get more than 10, I can bow out to allow someone who has not seen your knives do a review.

Hey John. I would like to take a look at this one. you know i love the shape, as it is very similar to the one i just had you make me. and, i would love to compare the 1/16 to 1/8" thickness. thanks for the opportunity.

If more than 10 want in, no problem! I only counted to 10 because I did not want to take my shoes off. :p
 
(This is not a entry) very cool of you to do a pass around where you don't have to be a paying member or have x amount of post.

If it arrives by the weekend, and luck is on my side, I may be able to test out it out on a deer.
