It is with great sadness that we have heard of the passing of Martin Butler on the 23 of November. Martin was a gentle soul and great friend. I will miss him greatly.
Martin apprenticed as an engraver at Westley Richards at a young age. He later immigrated to Canada and continued his engraving care. He was passionate and very innovative in his craft.
I was fortunate to closely work with Martin early in my career. and we created many fine pieces. I am forever grateful that he chose to add his artistry to my work.
