Passing of Tom Knapp.

I guess this is sort of hunting and fishing related. Tom Knapp, world record exhibition shooter and hunting advocate passed away. I watched many hours of his clips on Shooting USA, Benelli's show, new Mossberg shows, etc. Seemed like a great guy and advocate of the shooting sports. He seemed like a great guy. I watched him on "Impossible Shots".

When he put a 22 bullet thru the hole in a thrown washer --- I was really impressed.

wow, I have watched a lot of his videos and he truly was a great shot. it was after watching his videos that I started trying some of those shots. I spent a day hand throwing targets, I finally got to a point where I could hit 3 (all my gun would hold). He is one of the ones who got me into the type of shooting, when I decided to try it, I saw his videos in my head.

I wish I would have been able to meet him.

Wow! Really sad about this one...truly a legend of his time. I really enjoyed watching him...not many like him left.

Sad to see him passing. His shooting was something truly amazing to see. I wish I could have seen it in person.

Sad to see, given that he really wasn't that old. He was by far the most talented shooter I have ever seen. And a witty guy, to boot.
