password for programming Novus control for kiln?

Got a new Hot Shot 360 kiln and the bugger is requiring a password to program it with the Novus QuickTune software. Trying to heat treat tonight without having to manually program the entire thing. Sent emails but it's after hours. Any chance someone has the pw they could share assuming they are all the same? Thx

Ok, nvm, some googlefu got me the master pw based on my serial number and then I changed it to the factory pw. And after all that Hot Shot emailed me after hours with it. So I learned the controller better and I learned that Hot Shot seems to have good customer service. Time spent ftw.
