password help

Well here goes

My house was broken into 3 days ago,and my computer was stolen.In the aftermath I have been trying to protect my security so I deleted as many passwords as I could and under stress forgot to write them down.
NowI have lost my bladeforum password.When I came into work my work computer must have my password on it,or I never logged off because here I am signed in,but I can`t change my password without
entering my current password which I don't know and is nowhere on my computer.
How can I resolve this?

Can't you log off and the request your password try:

99.9% of all websites that require some sort of log in and password have a reset link. This includes banks, forums, storefronts, healthcare sites, etc. Sorry to hear about the break in, that is a scumball move and I hope you and yours are alright.
