Password reset help

Good day

I tried to reset my password using "forgot my password" option. Unfortunately the site does not generate the email with password reset link like it says it will. My current password (whatever that is) is saved automatically but I have no idea what it is and for some reason can not be viewed (in manage passwords option). I also sent the requests couple times via "contact us" form but it appears that admins never received it, otherwise they would help no doubt.

If any admins would be so kind and reset that password for me I would greatly appreciate it.
