Password Reset/Username Change Weirdness

With this last round of updates, I needed to log back in and reset my password (because I forgot it), but when I attempted to reset the password for AR-Trvlr I received a new username of AR-Trvlr01. The new one of course does not include my membership or feedback score.

What's going on, and how do I fix it?

And it's weird that when I click on 'watched threads' it's showing many of my AR-Trvlr posts.

It looks like I created this alternate account by accident many years ago....

So the artrvr01 account is linked to my gmail account. When I used that email it sent me the reset option for that account.

The AR_Trvlr account should be linked to my yahoo account, but I'm not receiving a reset email in that account. I'm looking at both my inbox and spam folders. Is that account linked to some other email?

And it's likely that with this _01 account I watched those threads. So that's making sense.

Yahoo, as stated in another thread in tech support, is blocking our emails at a server level. We are working on resolving this.

Any suggestions as to how to reset the password? I was trying alternates to see if I could figure it out, and now the account is temporarily locked.

Would it be possible to delete this username and associate my gmail address with the other one?

If you are locked out of your account, follow these steps

If you have an active paid subscription, check your email for your paypal receipt and reply to it so I can see that you have control over that email address. I will reset your password and get you taken care of. If you no longer have access to the email address in your profile, your receipt...
