Did a bit more hunting and managed to find 2008 and 2009.
Found 2007 on my Blade Mag DVD, but for some reason it won't let me cut and paste, and I don't feel like typing them out

.
The Blade DVD set for 1997-2008 is available on Amazon for about $26. Not a bad thing to have. You need a PC to "read" them. Won't work in your TV DVD player. It's just a set of PDF files(each month is a seperate file). No overall index or really anything that makes it easy to use, but at least the files are grouped by year.
Considering you can find detailed listings for almost every obscure thing on the internet, I'm still surprised that Blade or someone hasn't set up one spot for all those years to be recorded. Or at least I haven't found it yet.
Hope this helps you out.
