I just received an email from Pat saying that he will begin work on my Raider as soon as he gets back from the ECCK Show, and that it should be ready by the first week of March. I had requested some changes from his regular format and he said he was looking forward to building this knife because it was definately going to be a heavy duty version. I am having the blade built from 3/16" (.187") stock, S30V, that will be finished down to about .175" X 4.0", with a deep hollow ground blade. The titanium liners are going to be made from .105" thick stock. I'm also having Pat to build the blade with his new flipper extension. Going with some carbon fiber scales that will cover the handle from front to back. I'm really looking forward to this knife and hope to get some pics up when I receive it.:thumbup:
