The spike unscrews and can be turned around into the handle for storage, used as a hand load for non-lethal striking.

Mine also has a tapped hole mid-handle for ‘push-dagger’ style.

I just got this today….old .50BMG case, I’ve also got a .30-06 that the projectile is a knife blade that can be removed from the case, turned around, and put back in ‘bullet first’ to use.
