Hi all,
Does anyone have the model name of this knife?

Thanks to NYCustomknives for the pics.

ATS-34, CF overlays on Ti frame. Jeweled liners and some filework on the blade thumb rest.

Thanks.

G3, that is a beautiful knife!!
Daniel, you seem to know a whole lot about Patrick Nihiser's knives!!

Thanks TKC and Daniel. However I checked out some fighters and found quite a few differences in the designs. Not sure if this is a fighter or not.
Does anyone have contact info for Pat?

I have a phone # for him. Also, he is on another site, and posts there periodically. I do not believe that he has a website either. (I I wish he DID have a website.) Let me know if you want his phone #,; I will PM it to you.

Thanks TKC, PM sent.

I have several of Nihiser's knives and I find that he makes variations on most of his standard models. This is especially true on his older models.

Sometimes, they have the same name, but they look different.

One thing is that I have found every one that I have and have handled are excellent in construction, fit, finish, and attention to detail with lots of little extras that you notice upon examination. They have really increased in popularity in the past 2 years. They used to be pretty affordable, but now, the secret is out!

I thought about that also. I'll check on the other ofrum and drop him a line if that doesn't work. I picked this up for under $275. For the mize it was a great deal. The materials used and his fit and finish could have easily fetched more but the sale was complete within about 45 seconds of handling. :D

Patrick's attention to detail is incredible. I love his work. That IS a great deal.
PM responded to.

Just spoke to Pat. Great guy and fun to talk to. He informed me the knife is probably 3-4 years old and only 2-3 were made. The blade is not ATS-34 and he informed me he never used ATS. It is S60V, SWEET! The covers and backspacer are all Ti as the frame is, no SS except for the hardware. The model doesn't really have a name according to him and I confirmed it is not the same or a variation of the Fighter model. It appears to be a unique pattern. Glad I asked as the dealer had the blade steel wrong. Kudos to Pat for an awesome knife.

Glad that you got your info!

Nothing better than the accurate info from the Creator!

I am very happy that you got that figured out!! Sweet, S60V!! I really like Patrick, he is a really good guy.
