I doubt it, at least by conventional means. I've never seen a stainless Case blade (old or new) with a 'natural' patina, forced or otherwise. There are some chemical etchants made for stainless, which will blacken/darken it, but have to be used VERY carefully.
If I'm not mistaken, Case has recently released a line of stainless knives, of which the blades are 'coated' or treated to resemble a patina (sort of). I have no idea how they went about it.
