I have been enjoying experimenting with some new steel sources and the best of the selection I turned into test knives to be used by us and then in two different pro kitchens. I've been enjoying the patinas forming on these and thought I'd share some pictures.

Thanks for looking!

Forget the patina! Nice blade grinds and tapers. The geometry looks like a dream to use.

That integral bolster chefs knife looks great, if it ends up for sale I'd be really keen.

Thank you! Unfortunately it's already been spoken for if the steel checks out after the testing. Happy to do one custom, or, if you keep your eyes out on our newsletter (sign up through our website) you could probably pick an integral up without having to wait the 13 months as long as you're pretty flexible on the handle materials and design. The newsletter only goes out once or twice a month and just gives people a chance to pick up what we've finished up that isn't custom- we don't blow up your inbox. They typically go in a few hours so you've got to be quick.

Thanks gine, really appreciate it!
