Patrol machete release date ?

Any confirmation of the P.M.'s release date ? I have to clear some brush with a buddy on a remote northern site. I'd buy one for both of us. I was thinking about a Condor Viking, then bing, my two brain cells pulsed across a synapse, a rare event indeed. And I remembered the PATROL MACHETE ! So now I have some real and brutal work waiting for a tough blade like a Becker. Just hope that it's out by late winter\early spring.
 
Mid to late next year is the tentative release. Since they are now going to be made in the great US of A, the timeline has been pushed back. Hey, ya get some, ya lose some. :D

Im loving my Cutlass, so maybe that can fill the gap until these are available?

Sorry, but I've been out of the loop for a while. Does the same go for the KA-BAR made BK10?

much later. 2012, 2013... way out there.

though in theory, you can buy a KaBar made BK10 *right now* :)

You never know bud. Or maybe I'll grab another Ka-Bar kukri. Hmmm, all this talk has built up some wood choppin fever in me. Ya, I'll have to excercise the Brute tommorow.

ALL Beckers will be made in the USA.

The reason why a few were considered to be made overseas, was to get them to ya'll quickly. That is the only reason.
