Patrol Machete sheaths

I need a link for a good after market sheath for the BK&T Patrol Machete.

Eric says that Steve Baily does a good sheath for the BK&T line but I am unable to find a link to him.

I am looking for a Kydex type sheath that I can use as a base for piggybacking a smaller knife (Fallkniven or Chris Reeve one piece )

Contact Darrel Ralph. His stepson is the one doing 'em and he makes a good product.

I think it's about $40 or so, plus shipping.

Blues is right! Give ELITE TACTICAL CARRY SYSTEMS a call @ 740-965-9970. Ask for Bob Baily. Bob is Darrell's stepson[ DDR will probally answer the phone]. Ethan sent a Patrol Machete up to Bob early on, and he make EXCELLENT kydex for the machete. I can't remeber the thread, but there was a review of some smaller sheaths from Bob on either the reviews forum, or the General Forum last week or so. You will be pleased.

BTW, he will customize whatever piggyback system you want.

Ron - I have one of Bob's rigs for my Patrol Machete - it's excellent all the way around. Bob does some of the nicest Kydex work I have seen. One of the things I like about the Kydex rig is that you don't need to fuss with that button snap that goes around the handle. You can un-sheath and re-sheath the PM with one hand quickly and very easily. And you have an impromptu boat paddle if you need it too :)

Blues is right - $40 is the going rate on those. Get one - you won't be disappointed.

Hey, everyone, Eric is a great standup guy, he makes sheaths yet he recommend Bob Baily...thats the Eric we have come to love :D :rolleyes: :eek:

He if someone can do a job that I'm not capable of doing or don't have the time to play with I'm going to pass it onto someone who can...

I can't recommend Bob's work personally.. I've never handled one, but from the pictures I have seen it looks as though it's a pretty Crank'N sheath..

I hope it is what you want.. Let me know how it turns out...

I am working on a deal for a CRK Shadow III, thats the one with the 4" blade. I noticed on your web site that you had a picture of the Shadow IV. Can you also make a sheath for the Shadow III without me haveing to send it to you? Also do you have sheaths for the Mark VI with the 5.5" blade?
