Do I remember reading this will be re-released with the brute many moons from now? People should post pics of theirs here to. And will the specs be similar? Or a revamped version much like the machax?
 
I'm pretty sure you're right. I can't wait to get a couple Ka-Bar variants.
 
I seem to remember this too. I really want a Patrol Machete, more than a Machax.

Don't get me wrong, I am going to buy a Machax asap. But the Patrol Machete just looks awesome and I'll have to wait longer for one. The longer wait makes me want it more.

Still can't wait to beat up a Machax.

You want the machax you just don't realize it yet. I was never much on that style of blade until I got one. I pretty much fondle it several times a day just for good luck.

I hope it re-releases. But last thing I read from Mr. Becker is that the grinders at Kabar aren't big enough. So if it's out anytime soon, it will not be made in NY. But hey, maybe they know how much money they will make off of it and buy some bigger grinders! That'd be awesome!

But until then, I am buying a bk9 with my bonus money! ;) That will hold me over for a bit. Maybe.

I know that guy pretty well I will pass the suggestion along :D, It's more of a what kind should I design for it? So far I am thinking of a pack sheath or a shoulder rig. Daydreaming before I actually get out some paper and go to town doodling.
Once I start drawing all kinds of weird crap happens, There will be a brute in a side pocket, then on the back of the paper there will be alien spaceships landing and stick figure ninjas with 6 arms all holding beckers taking over nyc.
 
I got a chance to use Moose's patrol machete when it was a passaround, SOB can chop.

its a badass mofo for sure.....

Yeah man, thats your call. I'm calling it a trip away from my kids. If you bring them I can teach them how to swear properly, you know the right voice inflections and all. :thumbup:
