Patsy IS improving

This Sunday at dark:30 we are driving to Wilmington N.C. to visit semi-house-bound friends & carry 4 meals of N.C. BBQ . Later we'll be in Elizabeth City & get married there.

Her cancer is about 1/3 it's original size and we hope recovery will be sooner than the doctors estimate.



She wears a wig now & a friend ,Carol,will join her to purchase another.Having lost close to 20 pounds,she is showing wrinkles but I'm feeding her lots of carbs, lots of Ensure + and tons of love.

Cindy,if you see this, my shopping is BBQ ,collards,slab bacon & a 12 layer choclate cake. Yum-Yum !

Please pray for her continued improvement & a safe trip.

Fortunately ,I know where most of the cheaper gas stations are. Anyone along I-95 know current prices ? East central Florida's low is $ 292.09

Good luck, Alan and Patsy! Sounds like you're taking great care of her :) It's good to hear that she's making progress!

I hope you put the decimal point in the wrong place (smile). ( I do alot of that kind of, hopefully, errors.....)
Patsy must be ONE SPECIAL LADY! and/or you must be a pretty special guy!

Alan, PLEASE don't put Bar-B-Que and Collard Greens in the same sentence.....I'm drooling on my keyboard...might just short out the doggone com-poo-ter...(smile)......but it might be very true!!!!!!

Gas at 2.92!? Enjoy it! Right now it's 3.47 here in Northern California.

There is no cheap gas in North Carolina.
