Pattern welded pocket seax

I like it. Has sort of a puukko look to it.

How is that ancient bog oak to work with? I'd think since it comes stabilized it wouldn't be too bad.
 
It's very nice to work with-but it's not stabilized. It also is a little soft, in the sense that it's pretty easy to dent. I've done two knives with it and have two pieces left.
