Anyone out there have a (Dick & Rob) Patton Knife? Follow up to an article featuring some of their knives in Tactical Knives, Sept. '99. The Merlin Fighter looks awesome, as well as the "Kestrel" folder. I just love a knife with a recurve belly, reminds me of a "Brend."

Only one thing, my poverty, hindered me from buying that small Patton Bowie presented in same article. I'm not so much on fightres but those were superb.
Last autumn someone sold one in sale forun.

I only live 25 miles from the town they make in, Garden City, a suburb of Boise, Idaho. They consign a few knives in a large regional sporting goods store (Intermountain Arms.) The one interesting thing I know about the Patton's is that one of them made the knife used in the movie, "Last of the Dogmen." Great movie!
