Nice catch!!!! I that a temper line or two on the Ott?? The Patton looks HOT, nice wood. Rob makes great knife.

I really liked the Hunter. Then when Rob told me it was in S30V, I just HAD to have it!

Yeah, I thought the triple-temper on the Ott was interesting.

I recently purchased an Ott bowie with a nice forged 1084 blade. I like his workmanship. Very clean and well fitted. I think his work needs more fanfaire.
 
I was set up next to Fred Ott at the show. His knives were real works of art. Everything seemed to flow and the fit and finish were impecable. I agree he should receive much more recognigtion! He is also a heck of a nice guy in general.
 
A couple of really excellent knives, but that Ott is a real standout. I love the temper lines and the stag tip handle. Very nice.
