Paul Bos insignia

Hi guys,
I noticed on some peoples knives that they have paul bos insignia etched on there blades. Is this something paul wants people to do that get their heat treating done by him or is mentioning his name in the description enough. I have started sending my knives to him for heat treat and I want to make sure he gets his credit but do not know if this is just for certain people or what :confused: ...anyone??

I blades are stamped by the makers who use the Bos name to enhance the perceived quality of their blades. You don't have to to stamp your blades to have Mr. Bos heat treat them. He's probably heat treated more quality knife blades than any other person in the world.
