Paul's Hatchet Question

I have a Paul's Hatchet with a skeletonized cord-wrapped handle and what looks to be the original sheath. I bought it second-hand years ago. I haven't seen another like it, and it doesn't seem to be listed in the Busse Collector's catalog, so I assume it was a ganzaaa or show piece. Does anyone know when these were made and where they were sold?

I saw an older post by Jaxx I believe that had this link,, it's by far one of the most comprehensive lists I've found. It shows that model came out in 2001, looks like the combat grade.

It looks like the CG, but those had handles instead of the cord wrap.

These were the the cord wrapped model's. There was a tan cord version as well. From what I was told, they were an over run. They sold for $100 at blade one year. Very nice score. If you ever want to part with it, please let me know.
