Pauls Hatchet Throwing?

I have yet to throw the PH, mine are all too immaculate for that. :D I have tried the Ratchet and I wasn't too successful. With more practice I think it could work out. The handle on the PH is a little more suitable I think.

Am I the only one who's thrown a Paul's Hatchet? You guys and your safe queens... Paul's hatchet is the most indestructible blade model made by the maker of the most durable knives around. Don't be so timid!

How did it throw? I'm totally unskilled at blade throwing, so I can't give you a worthwhile opinion.

How did it stick? Deep. It stuck well.

One of my favorite hobbies is throwing tomahawks. I've won a few tomahawk throwing side matches at a cowboy shoot I go to just about every month, and I do plan on throwing my Busses when I finally get ahold of them.. I doubt my BM will make a very good thrower, but hey, only one way to find out.

I thought about asking how Paul's Hatchet throws, particularly considering that it is shaped most like the tomahawks I am familar with, but I was afraid to ask because I didn't want to want one so badly that my money supply would be further placed at risk.

I'm glad this topic came up, and believe me: whenever (if I ever) get a PH, I'll do lots of "research" on how well it throws. :)

Actually, I can throw knives pretty good (don't want to brag, it just takes lots of practice). But I would never throw a Busse, for one thing they would be way to sharp to throw by the blade (even if you taped the blade the INFI would slice right through a finger or two)and only throwing by the handle limits your distances. However, I do think the AD (and maybe the SJ) is the perfect design for a throwing knife. I don't throw hawks much, I just don't have a big enough yard for it :( .
