Stopped by a local pawn shop a few weeks back. A buddy that works there asked if I’d be interested in some high end kitchen knives. I said sure...
He brought out a brand new set of KAI Michel Bras that included a steel too.
Needless to say I jumped on them. They are insane quality and the edge is amazing. Really enjoying them.
