Pawn shop Schrade

I found, shrade+ ph1 USA knife at a pawn shop.
Blade is etched L.L.BEAN
I was hoping someone here could confirm us made or finished in China.

These are American made, but I don't know the years. The PH1 and 2 were based on Loveless designs, L.L. Bean sold this model a lot in all types of editions.

I have a bk2 that I luv to look at.....handle is just too big for my hand,and it's too heavy to carry .
The ph1 fits my hand perfectly like a custom. My concern is that it might be a blank that got finished in China that might fail when needed.
