paying for subscription with Paypal

It is time once again to renew my subscription and once again I can't figure out how to pay with Paypal. Can you please help.

After you've paid for your subscription REMEMBER TO CHANGE YOUR USERGROUP in the control panel by clicking on the Group Memberships link.
