Andy,

Do you have any future plans to accept Paypal credit?

I don't normally do credit cards but signed up for it because I thought it would be a good way to pay for knife purchases and increase my credit score at the same time :)

Cheers

So the seller also has to sign up for this? I thought it was just between the buyer and pay pal. Learn something new every day.

This could be dangerous....

The only thing that keeps my Fiddleback addiction in check is my empty checking account.

Are you talking about attaching a credit card to your existing paypal account..
If so... If there is no money or Insufficient funds in paypal it will just charge your card for the difference

Nope not an existing card. Paypal offers a virtual card that you can apply for through the site. It looks like it is something that merchants/sellers have to choose as an accepted payment method. It appears that the regular "send money" option puts the fees on the recipient and using the "friends and family" option puts the fees on the person sending the payment.

I tried both options to pay for the Camp knife I just scored and I got an error message stating that Paypal Credit is not an accepted payment method for the recipient.

Just looked it up, looks like you have to have a Premier account to accept it and have make sure that the payment method .
option is not blocked.

Like someone else posted it may be better for me if Fiddleback doesn't take accept it.......
