PayPal gifted membership

Hello,

I was referred to here by Gary. I sent Spark a PM too but haven't heard back yet.

I bought a gold membership as a gift for a friend.

I passed him instructions about how to change his user group etc but his account won't let him change the necessaries yet. I paid the $35 on the 18th Feb via PayPal but he still isn't up and running.

Any ideas why?
