Paypal invoice from sellers

Hey all,

Still new to the forums here and trying to get a hang of things. If i buy from a seller here, should I request an invoice? Is there any tool that can easily create an invoice?

It is the sellers prerogative to issue an invoice, or you can explain what you are buying in the notes.
