Dear Yangdu,

I sent an e-mail to you (on Dec 28 2007) asking about my order of CAk on Dec 4, 2007.
I worry not because of the delay (which I can understand easily in Christmas time) but because of possibility that something gone wrong (my c. card data could have ended in wrong hands. I would kindly ask you (or somebody in charge) to check my order and give me a short info.

Interesting. I received an email telling me that himimp@aol.com refused a paypal transaction that I requested, but I never actually requested anything.

I wonder if paypal is having some "issues"?
 
That sucks. Aunt Yangdu is going to go from having hundreds of verified transactions to "zero", which might dissuade new customers. So we need to buy lots more knives to get her numbers back up!

Yes .. I guess Paypal is having a problem! All of suddent I got an email from Paypal .. dated Fri 1/04/08 7:28 PM .. subject: Money Request Cancelled :confused:

Thanks Yangdu. Does the tracking # you mention mean that the Kukri is shipped? That would be wounderfull. Sorry for asking, this is my first direct ordering - usually I order through some shop here or in Germany or in Austria.

I am sorry, I did not get any mail from you. I do not know - could be something with spam filters or whatever.

Thanks a lot. It seems that it stopped somewhere at the customs office because there was invoice missing. I shall check it tomorow (it is 8.22 pm now).

Yangdu shipped the Khukuri only one day after recieving the order, which is extremely fast in my opinion.
Just before loosing my faith, I received a letter today afternoon from the Austrian Customs, they need the receipt from the Yahoo Store to verify the actual value. They seem to think nobody would sell such a beauty for so little money... :)

I was suprized when I check the tracking number. It came to Croatian post and Customs office in middle of December and was delivered on December 18 2007 not to me but to a certain D. SLAJ! Here is the tracking # http://ips.posta.hr/IPSWeb_item_events.asp?itemid=ED986670574US&Submit=Submit

I have checked today in Customs office in Zagreb. They confirmed to me that a package from Reno (weighting about 2.5 kilograms) was delivered to D. SLAJ as claimed on link.

Yangdu, may I ask you to check the shipping address of ED 986670574 US. It could have happened that HI shipped to the wrong address? Or, maybe it was another item that D. SLAJ ordered from HI.

I doubt that they delivered to wrong person and that he/she accepted to pay customs and VAT taxes for something he/she never ordered.

I am quite confused and your help would be much appreciated.

Hi, Yangdu,

I talked 15 minutes ago to Mr. Slaj. It happenned that he really ordered 20" Ang Khola from HI and he got it. The tracking # ED 986670574 US you quoted is in fact the tracking # of HIS order. He is very pleased with his new knife.

It is really interesting that 2 persons from Zagreb, Croatia, ordered at about the same time 2 different Ang Kholas, but it happenned.

Could it be that HI did NOT send Chiruwa AK to me at all? Also my bank account was not charged yet.
