PB&J TORTILLAS

As a kid, an afternoon snack was ham and melted cheese rolled up in a tortilla.

In college, I couldn't afford the ham, so it was melted cheese and hot sauce rolled up in a tortilla.

There have been times on a Saturday night, after a few libations, that only God knows what got put into the tortilla.

Suffice it to say, I love tortillas as a food delivery device and will most certainly entertain the thought of new foods to use its services.

That sounds pretty good, Brad!

Apricot would be good with that too.

Back up a little bit guys, yall seem to be glossing over the tortilla itself. If I'm putting PB and honey on one I'll go flour, But anything savory its white corn or Get Out !

Ok I gotta go make some carnitas now !

I like to cut small flour tortillas into quarters. Then in a cast iron pan fry them in about 1/4" of canola oil. Drain them on paper towel for a couple seconds then drop them in a paper bag with a hefty amount of cinnamon sugar. Shake them up and enjoy.

sounds kinda ethnic

I laughed at that way harder than I should have.

I made flour tortillas from scratch to go with some deer tacos and they were excellent.

I'm eating leftovers wrapped in a tortilla right now.

Grilled chicken, mushrooms and onions. Some Provolone cheese and some bourbon BBQ sause.

If there was room for the potatoes, they'd be in there too.

I prefer mayonnaise, sugar and olives.
