The size and shape of that little hawk is all wrong for throwing. You want a head heavy hawk, with a straight haft. The straight handle helps during the release, the heavier head helps with rotation, gives the head more chance of hitting.
If you just want one for throwing, there's lots of cheaper ones that work fine, wooden hafts may break, but can be replaced. What price are you thinking? $40 or $100+
Do you want a wooden haft, composite, or a full tang/one piece "tactical" type hawk? I find the one piece hawks are too heavy overall, the weight is not all in the head. Plus, they are often shorter, and therefore they have a very fast rotation. Their rotation speed makes them more difficult to land a throw, though it can be done with practice. Even a Cold Steel hawk can tolerate hard use and be thrown, so maybe it's really about how much you want to spend.
Sorry to be vague, but you may want to narrow down what you want from the hawk. There's lots of hawks to suggest, too many styles to know where to begin.
