Me and a few buds poped some pigs and I figured they would be good test medium for me toys........oink oink

Do they taste okay once the pigs get big? Where I used to live there were only Russian Boars and anything over 90 pounds got pretty... well... You can't put that much BBQ sauce on it.
 
guess its a diet thing, I've eaten some 400+ lbs hogs out here and have only licked one that tasted bad,,, it was kind of green.... rotted..... and had these funny lookin worms crawlin out of it.

Nice--I've been wanting to see the PBS in action for some time. No hunting for me this year, so I have not had a chance to try it out.

So...wad'ya think of the PBS for skinning? As good as it looks like it'd be?
 
The PBS worked GREAT, it made a quick job of cutting through the thick skin, fat and hair. I used the HR for gutting and spliting the brest bone though.
