PC boxes

I don't have a lot of experience with PC Bali-Songs, but the ones that I own and the ones I have seen online, all have blue boxes. Someone has a displayed a picture of a PC 68 with a white box on the For Sale Forums. Is this an older or newer box?

Also, every blue PC box I have seen has black writing on them. They usually say the model number then "good" or "ok" or something like that. Was this done at the factory? And is it refering to the quality of the knife?

This is something I am interested in too. The markings on the boxes of my PC 69's read:
60,XXX
and
Pin Punched, ok 69

I have no idea what that is supposed to mean.
