PC Latchless rarity

Hey guys.

Are latchless PC Customs rare? I know that PC Customs are like gold but were very many latchless ones made? Does anyone besides me have a true latchless in their collection? How many latchless have you guys seen compared to the ones with the latch? Figured I'd ask as you guys are the experts and Bali collecting is a bit new to me. Thanks!
 
There are several latchless Bali-Songs around here. Most of the customs have latches, unless you are Sal Glesser (of Spyderco).
