PCKS.....What Happened?

Hi,
I stopped into Pete's tonight to order a knife for my wife. Things sure have changed! and not for the better:grumpy: The blade selection no longer has the "BuckCote" options and the scale selection is cut way back..... What happened?
And no,I didn't order a knife. The options she wanted are no longer there.

Dan,
The Custom Shop was given the once over and options that were never ordered were dropped. We took a long hard look at the inlay selection and there were some that just did not get used. The same was true for the Ion Fusion blades. I'm sorry if we dropped one of your favorites!

It was good while it lasted, as far as the wife and I are concerned.

Yep, it's too bad that some of the options had to be dropped but I can understand why. At least Buck didn't drop the mother of pearl. That option does make for one beautiful knife. Although, I've never seen a 110 that wasn't beautiful.

Pete's has yet to send me a poorly crafted knife and I will continue to support the Custom Shop as my wallet allows.

WOW, I went to check out the changes and it definatly seems like allot has changed there. I will miss the way the old site worked with all the old options.
