What is the best dagger between both, Peace KeeperI/II or Boker Apleggate?Which one of these knives have the best sheath for?Does the boot sheath can be used on the belt?

I think it would depend on how you define "best." Any sheath with a boot clip can be attacked inside the waistband or on a belt; I think the leather sheath for the AF Dagger is strictly a belt sheath. (I'm not exactly sure what sheath setup the Cold Steel daggers have.)

For what do you intend to use the knife? What features are important to you?

My Boker Applegate (which just happens to be for sale in the production fixed forum...) is a full-sized double edged combat knife. The sheath is a kydex "dive-style" rig. You first need to look into local laws, which may forbid push daggers, double edged knives, or both.

As a backup, the Boker is awfully big. The sheath also holds the knife pretty well, and the rubber loop that comes over the pommel makes it sort of difficult to deploy in a hurry. But as a fighter, it really is an excellent knife.

I like the cold steel ones. Good quality. They come with a kydex (concelaex) sheath. With some practice on your part, you can draw it quickly and it can be quite a formidable self defense weapon in the city. However check your local laws, because double edge/push knives may be illegal without a permit.

Another great self defense knife made by Cold Steel is the desapardo, check it out.

As far as quality goes, I'd trust my life with any Cold Steel knife.

One of the few recommendable “Böker” knives is the double edged “A-F Boot” dagger, the smaller version of the “A-F Combat”.

Pros:
  • on the basis of the special blade design, double-conical on one side and hollow-ground on the other side, the dagger is ideal for stabs (the tip is very sturdy) and slashes
  • the dagger is well-balanced
  • solid workmanship
  • the handle is demountable
  • 440-C stainless steel
  • the Kydex sheath is suitable for belt and IWB
Cons:
  • the blade is unsuitable for cutting work
  • difficult to resharpen

I suspect that of the two choices, it will pretty much be pick what you like best. There are just too many good knives out there!!!

Seriously, both are made of good steel. I bet the CS is lighter, as the handle is kraton and there is no brass guard. The Boker has anice brass guard, if you want a more solid guard. You have to decide how solid of a guard you want in a backup knife.

I think you'd have to look around for a stainless CS dagger. I'm not sure if the peace keepers are made ion stainless anymore. On that same note, I bet the CS would be stronger, blade material wise, than the Boker.

Either one should make a fine backup dagger.
