Well, I think it could be a peanut. The form of the handle and the two blades, the bladeforums... Yes... I would say it´s a peanut. (Well, I can´t get up with the america inch, we here use the cm-skale).

But It seems to be a peanut or maybe a little jackknife. I´m not really a prof of that, but theese are my thoughts.

I'd call it a peanut that just grew a little more than it's sibblings.
