Anyone else have one? I've been trying to figure out what to lube the o-ring with. It keeps sticking even with Vaseline.

Silicone grease is the proper lube !
Mine is water proof to a short distance but the deep submersible I think is the same but with two O rings ? Mine has 3 C cells +LED , a great light.

yep, silicone grease. I had my 2020 replaced since the oring was failing, they just sent me a new one. But that was here is australia. My dad got sent a bag of belt clips, springs and pins when he wrote them after he broke his, and he was dealing with the canadian office.

we use the pelican 2000 lights at work I love their guarantee they don't cover damage from shark bites bear attacks and children under 5:D. Silicone grease is the thing for most o-rings

Thanx guys I'll have to buy some silicone grease. And yes, they are a badass flashlight. I found mine on a job site. I thought how tough could this thing be. I swung the thing by the lanyard as hard as I could onto solid steel. It bounced off like nothing happened so I took it home.

My 2010 with the glow in the dark bezel got ran over by 15000lbs forklift when some ran off with the tool cart it was on. Still works, no longer water proof, and the pocket clip broke off. But I'm sending it in for repair this week. The rep at the nataional nra show said he didn't care if a firefire truck ran over it they will warranty it.

As far as the o ring. I have had over 2 years and only washed it with soap and water. Never had an issue with it.
