Several members of the forum requested shots of Busse s inside the pelican case to see exactly how they fit. There is a top and bottom layer. I thought that the blades would slide into each other when carried but the case seems to do a pretty good job holding everything together. The case and the blades on the top layer belongs to nut_sak_himself.

Excellent, I was hoping you'd show pics of the pelican! I've been eyeing a few different models myself ever since I started collecting. Which model are you using?

Pelican cases are top notch. I believe they're water proof too. Great idea and great pics.

BIBBs don't seem to like each other...................... OK, you know what I'm getting at.;):D

Nice Stuff!

In support of Mobs statement......I don't think those NICKS like each other either!

Drop me a line!

The top one #111 is a thin NICK @ .125'' with black paper micarta......
The two bottom ones are xxxl NICKs @ .22'' black canvas micarta like what gravelface said.
I believe both NICKs have a zero edge...
The xxxl NICK is pretty fun blade to use as a chopper...
here are some pics of the NICK in action....post #665 http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=352682&page=34

I are Busse ignorant.

What are those 3 really cool sheepsfoot cleaver knives called?

A friend was telling me that the foam and egg-crate material can retain moisture from the air -- causing rust. Have any of you experienced that? Seems like a great way to knives -- and i haven't had trouble with my handguns in similar style cases.

Maybe a packet of dessicant would fix that issue -- if it really is one..?

Not yet in need of a case like that but as soon as I need one... I know it is going to be Pelican (even being expensive here in Spain). Nice blades as well.

I don't think it's an issue, at least it hasn't been for me. I do however take good care of my guns and keep them clean and oiled. As far as I know every hard gun case in the world has foam in it.

All my gun cases and ammo cans have a big dessicant pack inside -- whether they need it or not. ;)
