Pen advice - which pens accept Parker-style refills?

My coworker borrowed my Burke MAP pen at work a while back and she loves the way the refill wrote (Schmidt Easy Flow), but balked at the idea of spending that much on a pen when I told her how much I paid for mine.

Are there any affordable pens that accept the Parker-style refills and have a nice non-slip grip? Anything priced under $60 will get a look.
