I'd imagine any of our kydex sheath makers could do something up for you. Can't be too hard if you wanted to make one yourself.
Due to its round , smooth profile, it would proably have to be a friction fit type sheath. You can contact our own "Normark" (Eric N.) from On Scene Tactical as he has made some superb mini holders for the mini Bic lighter, the ARC AAA flashlite, the LM Micra, etc.
